• We’ll come over and take a look at your property. We’ll also chat with you so we know your goals.
• Next, we’ll figure out the best strategy to rent out your property so we can meet your goals.   We’ll also provide you with an estimate of the rent based on a market analysis.
• So your property looks fantastic, we’ll get professional quality photographs. Then, for maximum exposure, we’ll advertise it on our website and on multiple listing syndications.
• In addition, we’ll also reach out to our network of relocation agents and our own relocation clients to find great tenants.
• We’ll hold open houses and conduct private showings for prospective tenants.
• For those that apply, we conduct a thorough screening, including credit history, financial qualifications, rental history, etc and present those qualifications to you for your approval.
• We’ll write up the lease and any required addendums. We provide you with an extensive and detailed lease that protects your interests as a landlord.
